One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hemingway.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Hemingway we will best know the retail value of your property.
