Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Generation Townhouses.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Generation Townhouses we will help determine the market value of your property.
