If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Trevor House.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Trevor House we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
