If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in North Springfield.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in North Springfield we can best know the market value of your home.
