If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Swinks_mill.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Swinks_mill we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
