If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Mclean Place Townhome.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mclean Place Townhome we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
