During the lease term in Mclean Place Townhome

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Mclean Place Townhome, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some valid reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Mclean Place Townhome. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
