If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Greenway Heights.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Greenway Heights we will best know the market value of your rental.
