If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Garfield_park.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Garfield_park we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
