If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Dominion Villa.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Dominion Villa we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
