If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chesterbrook Woods.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Chesterbrook Woods we will best know the actual value of your property.
