If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Gates_of_McLean.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Gates_of_McLean we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
