If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Shirley_acres.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Shirley_acres we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
