Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Mount Air.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property.
