Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Laurel Crest.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Laurel Crest we can nail down the market value of your rental.
