One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Belmont_bay.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Belmont_bay we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
