If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Washington_Square.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Washington_Square we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
