If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Washington_square.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Washington_square we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
