If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodland Park.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental.
