If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Discovery Square.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Discovery Square we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
