If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Wilton House.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Wilton House we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
