If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Prospect_Hills.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Prospect_Hills we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
