If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Prospect_hills.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Prospect_hills we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
