If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Estates_At_Leeton_Manor.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Estates_At_Leeton_Manor we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
