If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Sully_estates.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Sully_estates we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
