If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Rocky_run.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Rocky_run we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
