Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Rocky_run.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
