If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Braddock_Ridge.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Braddock_Ridge we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
