If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Braddock_ridge.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Braddock_ridge we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
