If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Longwood_knolls.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Longwood_knolls we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
