If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Keene_mill_forest.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Keene_mill_forest we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
