If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Features.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Features we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
