If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Meadows_of_Narnia.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Meadows_of_Narnia we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
