If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Meadows_of_narnia.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Meadows_of_narnia we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
