If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Longwood_Knolls.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Longwood_Knolls we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
