If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Burke_Lake_Meadow.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Burke_Lake_Meadow we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
