If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Burke_lake_meadow.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Burke_lake_meadow we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
