If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Pinecrest.
The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Pinecrest we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
