If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Oak_hill.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Oak_hill we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
