If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Heritage Woods North.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Heritage Woods North we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
