If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Walton_Woods.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Walton_Woods we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
