If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Walton_woods.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Walton_woods we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
