If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Wakefield_Forest.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Wakefield_Forest we will help determine the retail value of your property.
