If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Wakefield_forest.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Wakefield_forest we can help determine the market value of your property.
