If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Sleepy_Hollow_Woods.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Sleepy_Hollow_Woods we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
