If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Sleepy_hollow_woods.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Sleepy_hollow_woods we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
