Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Pleasant_Ridge.
The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Pleasant_Ridge we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment.
