If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Pleasant_ridge.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Pleasant_ridge we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
