If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Hillbrook_Forest.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hillbrook_Forest we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
