We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Heritage_Court.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Heritage_Court we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
