If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Forest_Hills.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Forest_Hills we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
